Born in Panama City, Panama, Patricia Schulman moved to South Florida at the age of 9 and has called the Coral Springs and Parkland area home for the past thirty years. This deep-rooted connection to the local community, along with her fluency in both English and Spanish, allows Patricia to serve a diverse range of clients and help more people achieve their real estate goals.

Patricia started her career in sales for Laura Mercier and grew her sales experience when recruited into a sales position at Brands with in Reach a supplier of non-alcoholic beverages.
